Lanyardy® supplied 13,000 custom badges and lanyards for the AIIB Annual Meeting, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s 11th gathering of member governments, held on 28–29 September 2026 at the Sheraton Grand Doha, Qatar. The order was split evenly into 6,500 accreditation badges and 6,500 lanyards, delivered for our client, Zoom Arts.

The conference badges ran across 18 colour-coded badge types, each with its own colour band and role, from Head of Delegation and Host Member VIP to Speaker, Delegate, Media, Liaison Officer, CSO, Security and the International Advisory Panel. Hosts and security could identify every guest’s role at a glance, the same way any large conference, summit or government meeting needs its accreditation to work. Each badge carried bilingual Arabic and English branding, with a QR code on the back linking to the official event app.

The custom lanyards came in four colours (red, navy, white and orange), printed with “2026 AIIB Annual Meeting” and the event theme, “Tomorrow’s Infrastructure: Impact and Innovation”. Each was finished with a double hook and a safety buckle, and every piece was produced at our factory in Al Wukair.
