Lanyardy® offers same-day lanyard, badge, and wristband printing in Doha. Orders under 1,000 pieces are printed at our factory in Al Wukair and delivered to your door the same day, so there’s no waiting on overseas shipping or a third-party printer.
Same-Day Lanyards, Badges and Wristbands
Same-day delivery covers all three of our main products:
- Custom lanyards in polyester or rPET, 15, 20 or 25 mm wide, with a single or double hook and a breakaway or safety buckle
- Event badges and ID cards, UV printed on PVC or PLA, with a QR code or barcode if you need one
- Fabric wristbands with a plastic or bamboo lock
Mixed orders work too, so you can get lanyards and badges together in one delivery. Browse the full range of lanyards here, badges here and wristbands here.
How Same-Day Lanyard Printing Works
- Call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Tell us how many pieces you need, and when and where you need them. The earlier we hear from you, the more of the day we have to work with.
- Send your logo or artwork. No finished design? Our in-house designer can lay it out for you.
- Approve the digital mock-up. We send you a preview before anything is printed, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
- We print at our factory in Al Wukair.
- Delivery to your door in Doha, or collect from Al Wukair if that’s quicker for you.
What to Send for an Urgent Order
- The quantity of each product
- Your logo or artwork, in the best quality you have
- Your delivery address in Doha, or a note that you’ll collect
- For lanyards: width, single or double hook, and breakaway or safety buckle
- For badges: size (CR80 standard card size, or the larger CR100 or CR200) and whether you need a QR code or barcode
- For wristbands: plastic or bamboo lock
Not sure on the details? Tell us what the event is and who will be wearing them, and we'll suggest what works. If you're still deciding between a lanyard, badge or wristband, our guide is here.
Urgent Bulk Orders: Up to 20,000 in 48 Hours
Same-day delivery is for orders under 1,000 pieces, but larger orders still move fast. Once the design is approved, our lines make about 1,000 pieces in 4 hours. We can deliver up to 20,000 lanyards or wristbands, or 10,000 badges, within 48 hours. Across all three products, our factory can make around 2.2 million pieces a year.
For the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix, we supplied 7,700 custom lanyards and 7,700 wristbands on a tight deadline. You can see that project here.

Same-Day Delivery Outside Doha
Same-day delivery covers Doha only. If your event is somewhere else in Qatar or the GCC, message us and we’ll confirm the timing for your location.
Last-Minute Event Lanyards: Tips That Save Time
When the deadline is tight, a few small decisions make the day run more smoothly:
- Order 5–10% extra. Walk-ins, replacements and VIPs who turn up unannounced always need a spare. Running out on the day is harder to fix than having a few left over.
- Use lanyard colours to separate roles. Staff, media and VIP guests can each wear a different colour with the same badge design. Everyone can see who is who at a glance.
- Consider wristbands for big crowds. For one-day public events, wristbands are quicker to hand out than badges and harder to pass on to someone else. Our wristband guide is here.
- Decide who receives the delivery. Name one person at the venue to collect the boxes, so your order doesn’t sit unnoticed at reception.
